Business and Basis of Presentation Business Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. (referred to as the “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our” and “Solaris” either individually or together with its consolidated subsidiaries, as the context requires) and its consolidated subsidiaries delivers power generation and distribution solutions, and logistics equipment and services, serving clients in the data center, energy, and other commercial and industrial sectors. The Company’s offerings include equipment for power generation and distribution. The Company also provides solutions for the management and logistics of raw materials used in oil and natural gas well completions. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, the Company serves multiple U.S. end markets, including energy, data centers, and other commercial and industrial sectors. The Company operates through two reportable business segments: Solaris Power Solutions and Solaris Logistics Solutions. Basis of Presentation The accompanying consolidated financial statements were prepared using generally accepted accounting principles in the United States of America (“GAAP”) and the instructions to Form 10-K, Regulation S-X and the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission. All material intercompany transactions and balances have been eliminated upon consolidation.
