The principal customers for our building solutions are retailers, wholesalers, and home building and industrial businesses in North America and South America. Since our founding in 1972, LP has been Building a Better World ™ by helping customers construct beautiful, durable homes while shareholders build lasting value. We are headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, and as of December 31, 2025, we operate more than 20 manufacturing facilities across North and South America. These changes had no impact on our consolidated results of operations or financial position. Prior period segment information has been recast to conform to our current presentation.
