Note 1 DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS: Overview: IEH Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “IEH” or the “Company”) began operations in New York, New York in 1941 and was incorporated as a New York corporation in March, 1943, when Louis Offerman founded L. Offerman Tool & Die with his two sons, Bernard and Seymour. The Company designs and manufactures Hyperboloid connectors that not only accommodate, but exceed military and aerospace specification standards.
