Nature of Business Effective March 24, 2025, Fresh Vine Wine, Inc. was renamed “Amaze Holdings, Inc.” (“Amaze”). Amaze Holdings, Inc. and its consolidated subsidiaries (“the Company”, “our”, “we”), is an innovative software company dedicated to empowering creators by providing comprehensive software solutions and services that facilitate e-commerce, social commerce, integrated commerce selling experiences, and the distribution of a premium wine brand. The Company is a Nevada corporation. In March 2025, the Company completed the acquisition of Amaze Software, Inc., see Note 2.
