The shares of Class B common stock reported herein were cancelled for no consideration on a one-for-one basis upon the redemption by the reporting persons of its Solaris LLC Units (together with a corresponding number of shares of Class B common stock) for the shares of Class A common stock reported herein. The original Form 4, filed on November 6, 2025, is being amended by this Form 4 amendment solely to correct an administrative error, which inadvertently misreported the transaction date as November 6, 2025 when in fact, the transaction occurred on November 4, 2025. Represents securities held directly by KTR. John Tuma owns all of the issued and outstanding equity interests of KTR and has the sole authority to vote or dispose of the shares held by KTR in his sole discretion.
