Equity Incentive Plan and were scheduled to vest on an equal basis over a three-year period and so long as the reporting person remains employed by the Company through the applicable vesting date. Each TSU represents the contingent right to receive, upon vesting, one share of Common Stock of the Company. All of the unvested TSUs were accelerated on the Transaction Date. The reporting person ceased to be the Vice President & CAO of Amplify Energy Corp. (the "Company") effective November 14, 2025.
