Class A Common Stock. Prior to the transactions reported herein, the Reporting Person did not beneficially own any shares of Class A Common stock. Amounts reflect the correct number of shares beneficially held by the Reporting Person following the transactions reported herein. Shares were sold solely to cover taxes upon the vesting of restricted stock units pursuant to a standing Rule 10b5-1 instruction dated June 8, 2023. Sale was effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan dated March 7, 2024. On November 20, 2022, the Reporting Person was granted 168,539 RSUs, which have fully vested. The remaining RSUs vest as to one-fourth of the underlying shares on November 20, 2026 and November 20, 2027, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer through each vesting date.
