On April 17, 2026, the Reporting Persons experienced an increase in their beneficial ownership of QVC Group, Inc. (the "Issuer") to above 10% of the outstanding Series A Common Stock ("Common Stock"). The Common Stock of the Issuer reported herein as indirectly owned was beneficially owned directly by Goldman Sachs and indirectly by GS Group.
